2. Ordering and Payment
All purchases are made securely through our online store. Once your order is confirmed, you will be invited to complete a short intake quiz that gathers details about your pet (such as name, date of birth or adoption, and personality traits). Your personalized reading will begin once the quiz is submitted.
Payments must be completed at checkout. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods listed at checkout. All prices are shown in USD unless otherwise specified.
3. Delivery of Readings
Each reading is handcrafted — not instantly generated. You will receive your personalized PDF or flipbook by email within 24 to 72 hours after completing your intake quiz. If you have not received your reading after this time, please check your spam folder or contact us at nyara@whispersofnyara.com.
4. Refunds and Revisions
Because each reading is custom-made, all sales are final once your order has been processed and the quiz submitted. If a technical error occurs (e.g., duplicate payment or non-delivery), please contact us immediately — we’ll make sure it’s resolved with care. We do not offer refunds for change of mind or dissatisfaction based on personal interpretation.
5. Information You Provide
To create your reading, we rely on the information you provide in the intake quiz. Please ensure all details are accurate and complete. If you don’t know your pet’s exact birth time or place, approximate details or adoption dates are perfectly fine — the interpretation will still be lovingly crafted.
- You are the rightful owner or caregiver of the pet described.
- You consent to our use of the information solely to generate and deliver your reading.
- Any photos submitted will be used only for your private report and are not shared publicly.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, including text, images, layouts, and original interpretations, remains the intellectual property of Whispers of Nyara. Your purchased reading is for personal use only. You may share it privately with friends or family but may not reproduce, publish, or sell it without written permission.
7. Gifting and Transfers
Readings can be purchased as gifts. To gift a reading, simply forward the provided intake link and instructions to the intended recipient after purchase. Each purchase entitles the buyer to one completed reading per pet profile.
8. Disclaimer of Liability
Our readings are for entertainment and self-reflection purposes only. While many customers find them insightful, we make no guarantees about specific outcomes or accuracy of astrological interpretations. Whispers of Nyara shall not be held liable for any decisions, emotional interpretations, or actions taken based on our readings.
