Each Sacred Thread report is a handcrafted, personalized digital service. After purchase, you’ll receive an email link to provide your pet’s details and upload a photo. Once your information is submitted, your custom report is created manually by our team and delivered as a PDF within approximately 24 hours.

Because each report is individually prepared, it cannot be reused or resold. If you change your mind before we begin crafting your report, we’ll issue a full refund—no risk. After your report has been completed and delivered, refunds are generally not possible.

However, in accordance with Digistore24’s 60-day refund policy, you may request a refund within 60 days of purchase through Digistore24. We review each request personally to ensure fairness and customer satisfaction.
